The Upper Chippewa sub-basin, which covers a large portion of Douglas County and smaller parts of Grant and Stevens Counties now has cost-share available.  Landowners could be eligible to receive cost-share dollars for shoreline restorations, alternative tile intakes, buffer strips, septic compliance checks, manure testing and other water quality improvement projects.
