Lower Mainstem


		The Lower Mainstem Chippewa River sub-basin had funding available from 2004 to 2010. Cost-share and incentive payments were targeted towards buffer strips, alternative tile intakes, nutrient management plans, feedlot and livestock projects, gully erosion correction, and other special projects that landowners felt necessary to protect water quality.
