The East Branch Chippewa River sub-basin received Federal 319 Funding in 2002 and began the Continuation phase in 2006. Funding from the Chippewa River Watershed Project ended in 2009 for this area. Landowners still have opportunities for cost-share through their local Soil and Water Conservation District and USDA offices.

The CRWP continues to seek additional funding for this area..
